With no formal education or training in the visual arts, this sub discipline has and continues to bring me fulfillment and relief through its concepts and prosses to express emotion, point of view, and critical thinking. Many of my creations reflect fond memories, dreams, and stories shared by others. When words become meaningless, it is through the visual arts that I can showcase my perspective and understanding of complex subjects.

Although my exploration in medium is constantly expanding, I create primarily with microns on watercolor paper as it allows me to capture a high level of detail, control geometry, and portray depth via line weights. As an aspiring structural / civil engineer a large portion of my work relies and demonstrates the importance of proportion. However, I also possess the ability to detach from reality and escape into a space with no governing logic, creating abstract environments and extraterrestrial creatures. No matter the project at hand, my mere goal is to allow my thoughts to simply exist in some physical form to share with others.

Despite the path we may pursue in life, there are bound to be endless forms of inspiration that shape our perspective, ideology, and motive. Pause, observe, and experience the beauty in every moment for it’s the memories we’ll carry until the end of time.
